01 The method

From account research to a credible first approach.

We investigate which accounts merit attention, develop a reason to talk, and manage the outreach. Seven stages connect the research to messages your team can approve and conversations it can develop. You can inspect the evidence and reasoning behind the approach.

02 The process

Research establishes the facts.
Judgment makes them relevant.

An acquisition, new hire, or expansion is a starting point. The useful question is what it could mean for this company, this decision-maker, and the work you offer. We develop that connection, check the evidence, and present the proposed outreach for your approval.

1
Define

Define the accounts worth pursuing.

We build an ideal customer profile and weighted scoring model around your strongest customers and commercial priorities. Each criterion requires evidence. Missing information receives no credit, so assumptions cannot inflate account fit; it also does not prove the company has no need.

What's verified

The evidence required to satisfy each targeting criterion.

What you see

The customer profile, scoring criteria, and importance assigned to each.

2
Detect

Research the company and its changing priorities.

We examine hiring patterns, leadership changes, acquisitions, funding, product launches, and other developments relevant to your offer. The research asks what has changed and why it might matter. An event alone does not establish a need, budget, or buying intention.

What's verified

Whether the development occurred and remains relevant to the approach.

What you see

The developments identified at each account and the possible relevance to your offer.

3
Verify

Verify the facts at their source.

Company announcements, official filings, and other original sources establish the facts used in outreach. Each claim carries its source and date. Aggregated information can point the research in a useful direction, but it must be verified before being asserted.

What's verified

The original evidence supporting the proposed claim.

What you see

The source link, relevant date, and verified finding.

4
Score & route

Identify who owns the relevant decision.

We assess each account against the agreed criteria, then select a decision-maker whose responsibilities connect to your offer. Current role, business relevance, contact details, and region inform the selection. The rationale is recorded alongside the account research.

What's verified

Whether the contact's role and responsibilities fit the proposed conversation.

What you see

The account assessment, supporting evidence, and reason for selecting the contact.

5
Compose

Build a commercial case for the conversation.

We connect the research to a business question your offer can credibly address. Possible needs remain hypotheses, expressed with care. The sequence can include LinkedIn, email, phone, and other agreed channels, with message count, timing, and follow-ups tailored to the campaign.

What's verified

Factual claims, contact relevance, brand voice, and the reasoning connecting the evidence to your offer.

What you see

The proposed messages and follow-ups, with the research available to support your review.

6
Approve

Two internal reviews. Then your approval.

Two internal human reviewers independently check each sequence against the quality standard. Findings are resolved before your team reviews the work. You then approve individual messages, complete sequences, or batches, requesting revisions where needed. We agree this process before launch.

What's verified

The complete sequence against the documented research and messaging standards.

What you see

The researched approach and drafts awaiting your decision: approve or request changes.

7
Send & report

Run the campaign. Support the handoff.

We manage approved outreach and scheduled follow-ups, maintain the campaign record, and report on sends and replies. Your team takes over at replies, qualifies interest, and books meetings. The research and contact history remain visible to support your next conversation.

What's verified

Campaign delivery, sender health, and deliverability.

What you see

The contact history, replies, and reporting needed to assess campaign progress.

A reason to approach the account. Evidence and review behind every sequence.
