01 Who we are

The Team.

We are the core of The Signal Engine. No account layer, no junior queue: the people who set the bar are the people who run it, and you talk to them directly.

02 The team

The people behind
every send.

Chris Constantin

Founder

Chris built The Signal Engine. He also runs Aligned out of Vancouver, working on margin recovery and exit readiness for post-product-market-fit SaaS: the structural technical problems that quietly erode profitability and suppress valuation once the platform that got a company to PMF starts working against it. Embedded, not advisory.

That is where the engine came from. He treats a platform as a financial asset, and he built the same discipline into outbound: a claim has to hold up before it earns a reply, and a message has to reach an operator rather than a persona. Aligned is also the subject of our published case study.

Stefan Radu

Partner

Stefan works on the engine alongside Chris, and the commercial side is what he brings to it. Fifteen years of it, most in Bucharest: online marketing at Autovit.ro, CMO at RallyTrade, Country Manager for AirHelp in Romania, and since 2019 Associate Partner at Digital Intelligence.

That is fifteen years of watching pipeline get built on claims nobody had checked, which is exactly the failure the engine was made to remove. He and Chris keep sharpening it: what qualifies as a verified signal, how the sequencing behaves, and how tight the approval gate sits in front of your yes.

03 How we work

Run by people who
have done the work.

Outbound is judgment-heavy, and judgment does not delegate well. Whether a claim is verified enough to send, whether an account is worth the approach, whether a message reads like an operator wrote it or like a template did: those calls come from years of running demand generation and commercial teams, and from sitting on the other side of the table during diligence. They do not come from a workflow.

So the person who scopes your engagement is the person who researches the accounts, writes the messages, checks the sources, and answers for what lands in an inbox. Nothing is handed down a tier. That is also why volume stays capped: fewer messages, each one cleared against the published bar, because we know what it costs when they are not.

Judgment is the work. The rest is machinery.

Operator-grade

Talk to the person
who runs it.

No handoff, no account layer. The next step is a conversation with the person who owns the standard.
