02 Questions

What to know
before you commit.

What does the managed service include?

We manage account and decision-maker research, contact verification, message development, two independent quality reviews, approved outreach, scheduled follow-ups, and reporting. Your team sets the commercial priorities, supplies evidence for your offer, approves the work, and handles replies, qualification, and meeting booking. Scope and responsibilities are agreed before work begins.

How do you use AI and human expertise?

AI supports research, account scoring, drafting, and initial checks. Experienced people judge whether the evidence supports a relevant approach to the right buyer. Two reviewers independently check each sequence before your approval. Your team receives reviewed work to assess, with research and campaign operations managed for you.

Who is the service designed for?

B2B software, technology, and specialist professional-services firms with a proven offer and a clear customer profile. The strongest fit is a complex sale where a won engagement can justify detailed research and a credible approach to senior buyers. Company size is secondary to the value of the opportunity and your ability to approve the work and develop the resulting conversations.

What do we control, and what do you manage?

You direct the market, account criteria, offer, brand voice, regions, channels, and review format. We manage research, data sources, message development, campaign infrastructure, delivery, and reporting. Your team approves the work and owns incoming replies, qualification, and meetings. See your control and responsibilities.

What does verified research mean in practice?

Facts used in outreach are checked against original sources with relevant dates. The record separates the observed development from its possible business implications. Hiring implementation specialists may suggest expansion; it does not prove a delivery problem. The message should ask a credible question about the possible need. See our research process.

How do you manage deliverability and sender reputation?

We manage delivery infrastructure, sender health, and deliverability as part of the engagement. Channel selection and campaign timing are agreed around your audience and regions. Research, message review, and controlled execution support a considered approach; personalization alone is not a guarantee of inbox placement or response.

What time and input do you need from us?

You provide your offer, supporting evidence, target profile, brand voice, and campaign access. You also name someone to review the work and handle replies. We agree the review format, cadence, and expected client effort before launch. First outreach is sent within a month of kickoff. Start by requesting a walkthrough.

How is our campaign data handled?

We maintain the campaign record and give your team visibility into research, drafts, outreach, and replies. This lets the seller refer to the account context and what was sent when taking over a conversation. Data sources, storage, access, and retention are discussed before the engagement and aligned with the agreed requirements.

Is the outreach GDPR-compliant?

It's built to respect GDPR and ePrivacy rules for B2B outreach. Contact data is business-related and verified at the source rather than scraped in bulk; every message identifies who is writing and why; and an opt-out is honored immediately and permanently, on a suppression list. Regional rules differ, so cadence and channels are set per region, and we walk through exactly how data is sourced, stored, and suppressed, and align it to your legal requirements before anything sends.

Can we choose how we review and approve outreach?

Yes. You can review individual messages, complete sequences, or batches. Two independent reviewers check each sequence first; your team can inspect the research and ask for changes before approving. We agree the review format and cadence before launch. Outreach is not sent without your approval. See our quality standards.

How are pricing and commitment structured?

This is a managed subscription scoped to your market, research requirements, channels, volume, and commercial goals. We agree the price, minimum commitment, and responsibilities before work begins. The fee covers a managed engagement; there is no self-service checkout or per-seat licence. Discuss the fit in a research walkthrough.

Which channels can a campaign use?

LinkedIn, email, phone, and other agreed channels. We select the mix around your buyers, regions, and campaign goals, and coordinate the touchpoints within a single outreach plan.

Is every sequence the same length?

No. Each sequence is tailored to the campaign and prospect. The number of touchpoints, content, channels, timing, and follow-ups are agreed around your audience and objectives. The four-message sequence described in the Aligned case study is specific to that campaign.

Who handles replies and books meetings?

Your team does. We manage initial outreach and scheduled follow-ups, with visibility into research, messages, and replies. Your seller uses that context to respond, qualify the conversation, book the meeting, and manage the sale. We agree reply ownership before launch.

What volume can the service support?

Engagements start at 500 prospect sequences per month, with capacity designed for up to 10,000. A sequence is the complete outreach plan for one person. We agree volume around research, review, and campaign scope. Design capacity is not demonstrated throughput for every client or a forecast of replies, meetings, or sales.

How do you report results?

We report weekly, with additional reports on request. Outreach activity and replies are recorded separately; your team assesses qualification, meetings, and opportunities. Aligned’s published case reports a defined first-month window. Accepted connections and clicks are engagement measures and should not be read as qualified conversations.
